轻量化:相比传统PP或ABS都能再有至少30%-50%的减重,产品壁厚可以在满足同等性能的前提下做到更薄。大众集团在欧洲的VDI年会上主动推介木纤维材料,仅内饰部分就减重104公斤。 Lightweight: compared to traditional PP or ABS ,it can have at least 30% -50% of weight reduce. The product can has a thinner wall thickness while meet the same performance under the same premise. Volkswagen Group initiative recommend wood fiber material in VDI annual meeting of Europe, only the interior part can lose weight of 104 kg.

这种木纤维毡的原料是木头和不含甲醛的酚醛树脂或丙烯酸树脂,主要成分是80%的木纤维,20%的合成纤维和胶黏剂。纤维毡的克重可以做到面密度800g/㎡到2800g/㎡之间,幅度最大可以做到2550mm。
